Learn to Balance Your Body and Mind

Classes, in person or online, are open for anyone interested in practicing authentic Tai Chi Chuan to improve their well-being, tranquility, awareness, stress resilience, movement, inner strength, and flexibility. No experience is required.

Master Tung Kuan Yen developed Wuxiang Tai Chi Chuan, which means formless or beyond form. The focus is on training Tai Chi Chuan’s fundamental principles and not being attached to one style or form. So you can develop your own style.

Dr Maarten Vercruysse is the direct disciple of Master Tung in Switzerland and teaches in Basel. Classes are in English
